At the Monarch Market we strive to provide real-world experiences for all the employees through the use of a simulated workplace. In order to get a position, the employees must go through a typical application and interview process. Every day during lunch our employees run the store selling a variety of items to other students. The Monarch Market is the focal point of three different Career and Technical Education clusters: Management, Marketing, and Accounting. Each of these groups have a role to play in the store, and it all comes together to form Monarch Industries.
