This course is designed to help students understand the impact of individual choices on occupational goals and future earning potential. Students will design personal and household budgets, simulate use of checking and saving accounts, demonstrate knowledge of finance, debt, and credit management and evaluate and understand insurance and taxes. This course will provide a foundational understanding for making informed personal financial decisions.

Marketing Principles

This course provides students with basic knowledge and skills related to marketing occupations. Students are strongly encouraged to take Marketing Principles in grade 10 or 11. This is one of the required classes for the Marketing concentration.
